About Denise

I am eager to meet you and help you along your real estate journey.

I began my career by earning a degree in Interior Design and worked in the housing industry for several years, specializing in kitchen and bath design. I utilized those skills to assist builders and homeowners alike. After some life changes and the recession, I had an 8-year stint as the Bioengineering Program Coordinator at The University of Kansas. The project management and customer service skills cultivated during that time are invaluable now that I have returned to my love of houses and chosen a career as a Realtor.

I grew up in Kansas City, but I have lived in rural communities most of my life, including Edgerton, Ottawa, and now Baldwin City. My husband and I even owned and managed a small farm for a while.

My life outside of work is centered around my family. As a wife and mother of three, much of my time is spent cheering them on in life and on the field. I’ve been a foster parent, an education advocate, served on an elementary site council and an after-school program advisory board, and helped lead a boy scout troop.

Service to my customers has been the focus of my entire career. My goal is to listen to your needs and focus my efforts on meeting them with integrity, honesty, and fortitude.

I look forward to working with you!
