Meagan is creative and fun. She loves downtown during the holidays, whether hanging out in her hometown of Eudora or popping over to Lawrence to see what’s happening on Mass Street. She’s a goal-setter with drive and determination, using those skills to help clients reach their goals.

I’ve lived in Eudora for over 30 years, so I’ve been able to watch the town blossom, and I can’t wait to see what the future brings. Downtown Eudora has a lovely Hallmark feel – especially during the holidays. It’s a town where everybody knows everybody and you can walk to local shops, community events, restored historic buildings, or pretty much anywhere. I’m happy to be raising my family in Eudora.
I ran my own business for several years, watched way too many HGTV shows, and assisted with design on our building projects, then realized my true passion is real estate. After flipping about 15 houses with investors, my husband and I built our first home from the ground up and successfully sold it in 2022. During this process, I realized that a career in real estate was where I needed to be.
I love every step of the process: finding the perfect structure, making a logical floor plan, designing every room, watching the vision come to life, hosting an open house, making new connections, and sharing the beauty of our work with others!
