Erin believes that the way to be happy is to reach out to others, a lesson learned from her parents. She tries to be a great mom, volunteers with local organizations like Just Food, and works hard to earn her clients’ trust. Erin enjoys the diversity Lawrence offers, along with its rich culture, local food, and inclusive atmosphere. She loves old books, tea, architecture, and spending time in nature.

A long-term Lawrence resident, I joined our community in 1989, and there is no place I would rather call home! I was honored to join the Stephens Real Estate team in 2016, and I bring an extensive background in insurance, sales, and home restoration, which I believe gives me additional insight as a real estate agent.
I have a real love for the way that we as humans attempt to express our spiritual and artistic visions through stone, wood, brick & mortar, and in the ways that we attempt to preserve our memories through historic architectural structures. Lawrence’s neighborhoods are as diverse as its personality, and I welcome the opportunity to help you find or showcase your perfect home, wherever it may be and whatever style it may wear.

Not only did Erin show us lots of houses on our visits, but when we found one we thought we might like, Erin arranged for a whole slew of contractors, painters, plumbers, and various other craftspeople to come over and give bids so that we could figure out if we could actually afford the house once all the fixes were taken into account. Turns out we could, but we would never have known about any of this without Erin.
