Kylie’s journey into real estate feels like a natural fit. Growing up in Lawrence, she saw firsthand the dedication and care her mother, Lee Beth Dever, brought to her work as a top-producing real estate agent. Inspired by those values, Kylie has developed her own approach, blending hard work, personalized service, and a genuine passion for helping clients. Now, she’s excited to make her mark in real estate.
After graduating from Lawrence Free State, Kylie earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, where she sharpened her leadership skills as a member of Chi Omega sorority and a leader for Young Life College, a campus ministry.
Following her college graduation in 2017, Kylie spent a year in the Dominican Republic as the Communications Director for a bilingual school. There, she managed social media, coordinated donor relations, and developed a strong foundation in Spanish. Upon returning to Lawrence in 2018, Kylie embarked on a successful career in cosmetology, working as Salon Manager at Mane Haus Salon for six years. She built lasting relationships with her clients, trained new stylists, and became a Certified Color Analyst, helping people discover their best look.
Now a new mom, Kylie has found her passion for real estate to be a natural next step. She is excited to use her skills and life experiences to provide thoughtful, attentive service to her clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard every step of the way.
