Randy loves downtown Lawrence and enjoys the great coffee shops and restaurants around Mass Street. He believes “you should do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.” Randy has strong mid-western values and a strong work ethic – probably things he learned on the dairy farm where he grew up.

About Randy
Randy has called Lawrence home since relocating his family here in 1997 to accept a position as Creative Director for a major retailer. A few years later, he and his wife decided to put down roots in Lawrence instead of chasing corporate jobs across the country. They had grown to love this great town, and in 2003, Randy decided to get involved in the local real estate market. He has since become a familiar face in the community as well as a successful Realtor®. Randy was elected as President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors in 2009. He is a champion for his clients and was recognized by his peers as Realtor of the Year in 2010. He was awarded the Good Neighbor Award in 2016 for outstanding service and contributions to the community and was selected to be in the 2016 Class of Leadership Lawrence. Randy was also honored with the 2022 Distinguished Service Award by the Lawrence Board of Realtors.
Randy joined the Stephens Real Estate team in 2013. “Stephens is a household name in Lawrence, and our reputation is second to none,” says Randy. With the Stephens support team’s help, he can provide his clients with better service, which affords him more time to focus on each client’s specific needs.
Randy understands how important it is to be well-represented when buying or selling a home.
