Erica Aldridge has stepped into a new role as our Listing Coordinator!
Since joining Stephens, Erica has made her mark with her ability to learn fast, stay organized, and work beautifully with the team. She picked up our systems in record time and quickly became an indispensable part of our listing process, so this move is a perfect fit.
Erica brings warmth, creativity, and precision to everything she does, supporting our agents during the listing process with ease.
Outside of work, she loves cooking, quilting, and tackling home projects. You might also find her gardening, spending time with family, or rewatching Gilmore Girls.

Lindsay brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth spirit to the Stephens team, and a great sense of fun, too. She loves playing cards with family, cheering on the KC Current, and spending lazy afternoons reading in her hammock or by the fire with her cats close by.
She’s been part of the Lawrence community for 23 years and still finds joy in its small-town charm: coffee outdoors on Mass Street, the farmer’s market, and the buzz of a good game day.
