Party Cheeseball

“I got this from a client many years ago and always make it around the holidays. It’s the kind of recipe you have to share because everyone asks for it.”
Ingredients
- 2 packages of cream cheese – room temp
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 TBSP diced pimiento
- 1 TBSP onion finely chopped
- 1TBSP green pepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of salt
- Dash of cayenne
- Finely chopped pecans
Directions
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well-blended. (You have to get your hands in there and really mush it all together.) Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into a ball; roll in nuts.
